Policy cannot ensure compliance with s92A (Scoop.co.nz)
Auckland, 23 February 2009 – NATCOM, a business managed fibre Internet provider has commented on what it sees as a core issue in the debate on the new provisions in the Copyright Act (Section 92A). NATCOM stresses that the industry needs a solution to help prevent the root cause of all the concern, copyright infringement.
